Delivery is “curbside free”, i.e. not automatically to the front door. An individual appointment will be arranged with you before delivery, but at the latest one day before delivery.

For our friends outside of the EU, additional customs duties and national VAT are charged directly by the local tax authorities and must be paid separately by customers. This does not apply to the UK, Switzerland and the USA, where we take care of all customs duties and taxes for you. Customers do not have to pay any additional fees or taxes here.
