What is so comfortable about the upholstery anyway? 

The idea of creating the feeling of falling into a mountain of marshmallows kept our master upholsterers busy. The concept is unique in its production and very time-consuming, which is why no one else does it. What makes it unusual is the combination of a high-quality, classic spring core with upholstered chambers. The filling with upholstery sticks is especially soft and pleasant. Together, they create the most relaxed sofa of our time.

How do I prevent the fabric from changing during cleaning?

To prevent the fabric from changing during cleaning, we recommend using a smooth upholstery nozzle without bristles when vacuuming. This minimizes the risk of fibres coming loose from the weave and helps preserve the quality and longevity of the fabric.

How do I take care for my SANDER SOFA?

It's very simple, don't worry. Vacuum your SANDER with the upholstery nozzle to remove dust and avoid lint and pilling. You can smooth the fabric with your hands and bring the upholstery into perfect position again and again by “stroking” it - you can find more detailed information in the care instructions.

How does the impregnation / textile protection work?

The impregnation forms a protective layer around the fibres of your upholstery fabrics. This layer makes it harder for liquids or oils to penetrate and therefore makes cleaning easier. The natural texture, softness and colour fastness of the fabric are fully preserved. Important to know: the impregnation does not prevent dirt or stains from occurring, but serves as a helpful support to make soiling easier to remove. Stains should still be treated promptly to avoid permanent residues.

What is this impregnation / textile protection for fabrics?

We only use high-quality fabrics that are naturally robust. However, impregnation can help make everyday cleaning easier. It is resin-based and forms an invisible protective layer that is designed to make soiling easier to remove. It is important to know that the impregnation does not prevent dirt or stains from occurring. It helps ensure that they penetrate less deeply into the fibres and can therefore be cleaned more easily. The product is hypoallergenic and free from aggressive chemicals.
