Shipping cost is displayed at check-out and depends on the product and shipping address. The delivery time is indicated next to every product. Please note that the delivery time can change under special circumstances.
Small and medium large orders are sent as a parcel. They will be delivered to your door as usual. You can check the status of your order at any time using your tracking number. If undelivered, the postman will leave a note with the location of your parcel.
If your order is large and heavy we will dispatch your item as a Comfort Shipment. Your order will be delivered by experienced 2-men-teams. An individual delivery date and time will be arranged with one day notice at the latest. Approximately one hour before the delivery you will be contacted by the team so you can prepare yourself for the arrival of your order. The product will be carried to the desired spot in your home or office.
As an additional service, you can order the assembly of your objects as an add-on (Comfort Shipment Plus).
