HOW GOOD IS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS?

Quality is a fundamental part of our philosophy. The used materials as well as the processing are set at the highest possible standard. Our objects are exclusively produced in Germany. We trust in specialised partners and craft workshops with long-time expertise which has partly been passed down for generations. This quality you can see and feel, meaning you will be able to enjoy your objects for a long time.

WHERE ARE THE OBJECTS PRODUCED?

The entire range of OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE products is designed, developed and made in Germany. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality standards as well as a transparent and sustainable production process. We  work with master and craft workshops, almost all of which have been masters of their craft for generations. HOW DOES OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE ENSURE THE HIGH QUALITY OF THEIR OBJECTS?

OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE absolutely counts on professionals who understand their craft and love objects as much as we do. Next to that very strict quality standards apply for the entire process. This starts with the materials that are being used, leading to the inspection of the production and the crafted objects, and ends with the delivery by experts. Because it’s our goal to create an object you will be able to enjoy for a long time.

The combination of innovative design, technical production expertise and advanced technologies as well as processes is the foundation of our production concept. Naturally we apply strict quality checks to every production step.

HOW SUSTAINABLE ARE OBJECTS BY OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE?

We consider the sustainability of objects as a sign of quality and well thought out design. Already while sketching we are careful to plan production processes that go easy on the resources. We build on the combination of traditional craftsmanship and innovative technologies. Where possible we use renewable resources like wool and certified wood. At the same time we make sure that at the production sites the high standards of working environments which are generally operated in Germany are kept or increased.

CAN I SHAPE AND CONSTRUCT THE FURNITURE PIECES TO MY OWN TASTE?

Yes! With the FISCHER SHELVING SYSTEM and the BECKER SOFA SYSTEM you have endless construction possibilities. You can assemble your desired individual configuration from a variety of modules, materials and colours, expand it at any time and reassemble or redesign it completely after the purchase, if you would like change the appearance of your shelves or sofa. WHERE TO BUY OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE?

You can easily shop the entire collection via the OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE ESHOP. Add whatever you like to the shopping cart. As soon as you’re done you can proceed to the checkout and finish your order. Our products are available at selected RETAILERS, too.

HOW IS VAT HANDLED WHEN GOODS ARE SHIPPED OUTSIDE EUROPE? 

All prices are shown including VAT except for clients purchasing goods from outside the European Union. In that case prices are shown exluding VAT. Additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged by local authorities directly and need to be paid separately by the customer. Please contact your local tax office if you have further questions.

CAN I ORDER WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?

You can make a purchase as a guest if you prefer not to create a customer account. 

In addition, you have the option to create a customer account HERE. You can also sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and SOFORT Überweisung. If you have trouble with any of the different payment methods, please make sure you have entered all the required fields correctly and that you have coverage on your bank account.

IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS SECURE? 

Your personal data is always safe with us. The communication is therefore on a secure connection. We work with the payment provider called Braintree. Braintree is a PayPal company.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER?

You can redeem the voucher during the ordering process. The voucher will be deduct from the order total.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I MADE THE RIGHT ORDER?

Before you place your order please make sure that all your personal information is correct as well as the order summary. After you have completed placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation via email listing your order details. Please CONTACT US as soon as possible should you find that information is missing or incorrect.

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE DELIVER TO?

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, South Korea, and the USA.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery is free of charge.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time depends on the ordered object and whether it is available in our stock or whether it has to be made specially for you.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

We will dispatch parcel shipments as quickly as possible. If the delivery goes through a shipping agency, a delivery date will be set with you. You can find the shipping policy HERE.

CAN I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If we send you a parcel, you can follow your order using your tracking number. You will receive the number with your order confirmation. If we delivery through a shipping agency, the driver will directly get in touch to set a delivery date with you.

WHAT HAPPENS, IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?

If it is a parcel, the postman will leave a message for you stating where you can pick up your parcel. If it is a shipping agency, they will get in touch with you beforehand to set a delivery date. To be sure they will call about an hour prior to the delivery.

IS THERE AN ASSEMBLY SERVICE?

OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE offers an assembly service. Choose comfort shipment plus when choosing a shipping option at the checkout. Experts will assemble your order at your desired spot.

DOES OBJEKTE UNSERER TAGE HAVE A WARRANTY FOR THE OBJECTS?

If you are unhappy with your order, please CONTACT US. We will do our best to help you out.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We do everything we can to ensure your desired object arrives in mint condition. Please check your order once it arrives. If you received a damaged or faulty object, we will take it back and replace or refund it. 

You can return items for 14 days after you received them. You do not need to state a reason for return within this time period and you will be given a full refund (shipping fee excluded) if the objects are in the same condition as when you received them. Because of the high quality of the object the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Read MORE.
