Delivery is "free kerbside", i.e. not automatically to the front door. Before delivery, but at the latest one day before delivery, an individual appointment will be arranged with you.

FURTHER INFORMATION FOR COUNTRIES NOT IN THE EU, AS WELL AS SWITZERLAND AND THE USA

For our friends outside the EU, additional customs duties and national VAT are charged directly by the local tax authorities and must be paid separately by customers. Exceptions are Switzerland and the USA, where we take care of all customs fees and taxes for you. Customers do not have to pay any additional fees or taxes.
